• You've given birth to a healthy child
   

• You're a legal resident of the United States
   

• You do not smoke, drink alcohol, do drugs or psychotropic substances, or have abstained from them for at least six months
   

• You do not have mental or oncological conditions (including
  benign tumors)
   

• You do not have hereditary chronic gynecological or genetic diseases, HIV infection, or tuberculosis
   

• You do not have hepatitis B or C, diabetes, or syphilis
   

• You have a healthy BMI (less than 30)
   

• Your most recent natural birth occurred at least 6 months ago
   

• Your most recent cesarean section was more than 1 year ago
